Berit Berger, also known as Berit Winge Berger, is an American lawyer who has served as a federal prosecutor and assistant US attorney.
A regular legal analyst on television, Berit is also the executive director of The Center for the Advancement of Public Integrity (CAPI) at Columbia University’s Law School.



Personal Life : Family and Education

Berit Anne Winge was born on December 24, 1977, to parents Janine Piburn (mother), and Dennis Winge (father). She has a father who is a producer (some sort of music producer), and a mother who is a professor of biochemistry and medicine, which at a university in Utah.
Berit stays with her plus mother, which indicates that she is stepdaughter of Roger Piburn and Lauri Winge. Brynn has a younger sister who is called Cheryl.


On August 12, 2006, Berit and Marc got married at the New York Country Club in New Hempstead, NY. Some 22 days after the wedding, Berit became pregnant. They have four daughters they are together.

Marc wrote a notice on top of the papers that Berit was to give over to the prosecutor, as a slight non-verbal indication that he felt she was really beautiful. To escape the glare of microphones and/or court photographers, she demanded to be photographed from behind. In August 2005 he proposed to her at Fair Harbor Beach on Fire Island in New York.
In order to graduate, Berit went on to attend the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington.

Since studying at Columbia, she earned a Doctor of Law degree, a Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from Columbia University in New York City in 2002.
