Denzel Washington, inevitably one of the Hollywood A list stars, might easily have appreciated the honor and numbered the days when he would win another Oscar. Washington, though, was still addicted to the task of producing movies rather than making profit and attention from them, like many actors who had become too committed to their jobs. Reflecting a committed heart, it was understandable that from the very beginning he was genuinely very intense.
The son of Denzel Washington Sr. and Lynne Washington was born in Mount Vernon, Bronx, NYC on December 28, 195His father, who was a minister of the Pentecost, had influenced him in the art of acting, while his mother, who was a beautician in a beauty salon, had always brought him to her workplace and introduced him to the colorful discourse that gradually taught him the art of storytelling.

What he didn’t realize then was the reality that his appearance would be praised and often adored by many people. He developed an intangible curtain as a youth that stopped him from being lenient. He was able to articulate himself well by acting and so when there was a chance to play a minor part in the TV movie “Wilma” (1975), he quickly grasped it and fortunately met Pauletta Pearson on the set with whom he would marry on June 25 8 years later and have 4 children. He did not miss the moment, graduating in 1977 and earning a scholarship to join the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. He trained under the famed Bill Ball, acting in several iconic plays such as Shakespeare’s, however he returned to NYC in search of jobs where there was a better possibility of job.
