She is happily married to her husband, Scott. Scott is the founder of a tech firms, and he encountered Kate after attending her first company day at Accuweather. The woman’s husband proposed to her on the radio when she was employed there.
Scott and Kate have three children. Two of the children are boys, and they call their second son Felipe, like the twins, they think of him as Felipe Leon. Also in 2017, Kate gave birth to her baby girl called Solenne Marit Elisabeth.

Kate goes to school in Phoenixville. Since she earned her Bachelor’s, she then moved on to attend the Pennsylvania State University. As a matter of fact, she received degrees in both Spanish and Foreign business.
Yet, Katie didn’t have a complete satisfaction with her university education in the International Sector. After college, she served as a meteorologist for 3 years and concluded that she wants to continue her school time interest as a meteorologist.

Kate’s first career position in meteorology was at AccuWeather, where she worked for nearly 2 years in the past. Her work on the committee included delivering predictions on TV and radio for several clients such as Fox News, CBN and ABC News Now.
Soon after her departure for a position at ABC-15, she became the first morning weather anchor for Toledo.
After leaving AccuWeather in 2010, Kate was employed as a meteorologist at CBS3 Eye Witness News, beginning in October of the same year. Diane has also done her guesting on the “The Talk” daytime Emmy Award winning daytime talk show.
After this, Kate became the chief weather individual on the show. Her show runs on a separate night on a different platform on a different network.
