“The “singing prophet” was popularly identified as Kim Clement. He would also prophesy regarding the future.
He had been sick for two entire years before passing away in November of 2016. Kim and his wife, Jane were also the owners of the House of Destiny Book and Bible Shop.
Kim Clement Biography
Kim Clement, also known as “The Spear,” was born on September 30, 1956, in Uitenhage, a small town in South Africa. Since spending a night partying and overdosing on heroin, he got stabbed and robbed. Kim was lying dead in a ditch until she heard the pastor’s words and crying out to Jesus. This was the occurrence which changed the course of his life.
In 1978, he married Jane Barnes and they went on to raise five children together. He helped create the first South African non-racial church. In 1991, to be with his wife and five children, Kim relocated to Durban, South Africa. He is the Pastor of a non-racial church in Durban, the Lyric Christian Center.
Kim made Detroit his home after years of roaming around and launched “The Warriors of the New Millennium” In 2012, he relocated to Camarillo, CA, and founded his own.
Kim Clement Death due to Illness
On September 7, 2015, Kim had a string of extreme and painful brain bleeds. After being checked, Kim was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumour.
For a long time, he struggled bravely against the spread of cancer, but ultimately succumbed to it at the age of 60, on 23 November 2016.
