Hamish Donald Blake (born 11 December 1981) is an Australian comedian, actor, and author who has won a Gold Logie Award for his work. He is based in Melbourne. His collaboration with Andy Lee as a member of the comedic duo Hamish and Andy has been ongoing since 200In addition to live performances, the duo has appeared on television and radio, most notably with their drive-time radio show Hamish & Andy.
Blake has featured on a number of Australian television shows as a solo performer, including the televised 2008 Great Debate, which was broadcast live from the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. He has also performed on Spicks and Specks, Rove, and Thank God You’re Here, among other shows. Blake and his co-star Andy Lee received a Logie Award in April 2012 for their television series Hamish and Andy’s Gap Year, which aired in Australia. Blake also received a Gold Logie Award for “Most Popular Personality on Television” for his own efforts.
