Ian Scott Holloway (born March 12, 1963) is a former player and manager in the English football league. He is the Millwall manager. He started his career as a midfielder with his local club Bristol Rovers in 1981, then went on to play for Wimbledon, Brentford, Torquay United (on loan), Queens Park Rangers, and, ultimately, a third stint back at Bristol Rovers, where he became player-manager until retiring in 199Queens Park Rangers, Plymouth Argyle, Leicester City, Blackpool, and Crystal Palace are among the clubs he has managed. He led Crystal Palace to Premier League promotion in May 2013, however after just one win in their first eight games, he resigned by mutual agreement on October 23, 2013, after less than a year in command. Holloway signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with Millwall on January 6, 201His nickname is “Ollie,” and his autobiography is also called “Ollie.” Holloway is known among football fans for his Bristol accent, off-the-wall interviews, and humorous responses to media inquiries, with a variety of quips and soundbites being written.
