Michael Feldman (born March 9, 1949) is a radio personality in the United States. He is the host of Michael Feldman’s Whad’Ya Know?, a radio show that is broadcast on Public Radio International’s network of radio stations. His previous broadcaster, Jim Packard, referred to him as “The Sage of Wisconsin” because of his knowledge of the state. 

He has given himself the title of “Producer Internationale,” and he refers to Public Radio International on the radio as “The International House of Radio,” which is a play on the phrase “International House of Television.” Feldman was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and received his bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1970. 

He began his career as a teacher at the Malcolm Shabazz Alternative High School in Madison, Wisconsin, before landing a position at radio station WORT in Milwaukee. His next job was as a taxi driver, before returning to broadcasting, first at Wisconsin Public Radio, then at WGN-TV in Chicago (AM). In 1984, he was dismissed from WGN, which resulted in his returning to public radio. Michael Feldman’s Whad’Ya Know? was his first television programme, which premiered in 1985.
